The 8th of March marks International Women’s Day (IWD), a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women worldwide.

The theme for 2025 is #AcceleratingAction. This aims to highlight the significance of taking action, no matter how big or small, as a step towards achieving gender equality.

To celebrate this year, we invited women from across the business to share their thoughts about what “accelerating action” means to them. The responses we received highlight our core values here at Alfred H Knight and the commitment our colleagues have to both the company and to one another.
