Alfred H Knight (AHK), a global leader in inspection and analysis, has acquired international mineral processing consultancy Grinding Solutions Limited (GSL) with immediate effect.

With over 20 years of experience, GSL is an innovative, consultative company specialising in mineral liberation and separation. Based in Cornwall, England, this ambitious, family-owned business is similar to fifth-generation AHK and supports clients worldwide across the metalliferous, coal, industrial minerals, environmental and recycling sectors. GSL’s services span metallurgical and mineral processing testing, consultancy, onsite support, troubleshooting, product development and market evaluation.

This strategic purchase builds on the successful acquisition of Chilean company Asmin Industrial Limitada in 2022, equipping AHK with the resources to address further opportunities across its core Metals and Minerals business.
