HR Coordinator

WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity in our growing Global HR team. Based at Moerdijk, the Netherlands, this HR Coordinator position will support our Regional Business Partner to move the region forward with its People processes.

As the HR Coordinator you will play a pivotal support role in the complete Employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding including employment contracts through to offboarding. Using our HR systems you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that are essential for a smooth HR operation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Essential

  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs.
  • Excellent HR Practitioner with high self-drive, who relishes hitting the ground running.
  • Handles pressure and ambiguity well, exercises good judgement and handles challenges in a mature manner.
  • Flexibility and pragmatism when dealing with change.
  • ‘Right first time’ approach, completes work to a high standard, continually looking for improvements.
  • Strong problem-solver, high level of attention to detail is key within this role.

 

Required Work Experience

  • Experience of working in an HR administration or generalist role.
  • Experience of working with HR/Payroll systems.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Degree level MBO – HR or business related subject.

 

Required Languages 

  • Dutch.
  • English.
